Working Groups & Associations

Success in agrivoltaics is built on the foundation of strong networks and committed communities. On this page, we introduce you to various working groups and associations dedicated to the promotion and further development of agrivoltaics.

VnAP: Association for Sustainable Agrivoltaics

The association for sustainable agrivoltaics (Verband für nachhaltige Agri-PV, VnAP) is a network that serves as a hub for knowledge transfer and collaboration. Here, members can share the latest research results and exchange best practices in the field of agrivoltaics. In cooperation with the VnAP we as group agrivoltaics at Fraunhofer ISE organize the Agrivoltaics Lecture Series.

IEA PVPS Task 13

Within the International Energy Agency (IEA) Photovoltaic Power Systems Program (PVPS), Task 13 is specifically responsible for the reliability of photovoltaic systems. This group provides valuable resources and guidelines to optimize the performance and reliability of agrivoltaic systems.

AiDO: Agrivoltaics International Discussion Group

The Agrivoltaics International Discussion Group (AiDO) is a working group that brings together researchers, experts from industry and institutions active in the field of agrivoltaics to discuss and work together on various topics relating to a sustainable combination of agriculture and photovoltaics.

Through regular exchange, AiDO promotes innovative approaches and makes a significant contribution to the development of the sector.
